Combined with spices and oil from different regions of Tasmania. Sea Salt flakes from the East Coast, Olive Oil and Tomato and Native Pepper Relish from the North West. Dijon mustard and Tasmanian Pepper Berry from the D’Entrecasteaux Channel south of Hobart matched with a Cabernet Merlot from the Holm Oak Vineyard.
