There is a natural variation in appearance with the pepperberry oatcakes. Each batch is handmade using the same quantity of home grown pepperberries but with some batches having some more coarsely or finely ground than others. This can alter the colour of the oatcakes, and make the merging of Scottish and Tasmanian flavours.
The oatcakes are delicious paired with cheese and other condiments such as honey, quince paste and chutneys. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
