Our unusual ingredients give our Sloe Gin a distinct and velvety, indulgent drinking experience—fruity with the right amount of sweetness. Try on the rocks or with tonic. Warm and satisfying as a Hot Sloe winter sipper, or heavenly as a hero ingredient for classic cocktails:
30ml Taylor and Smith Sloe Gin
60ml hot water
60ml cloudy apple juice
Various spices (try star anise, cinnamon sticks, cardamon pods & cloves)
Vanilla pod (split down the middle)
Garnish: Several berries, a cinnamon stick, or an orange slice.
Method: Add spices and vanilla pod to a pan. Top with cloudy apple juice. Simmer for 5-10 minutes without boiling. Ladle into a teacup, mug or glass and add sloe gin. Garnish.
45ml Taylor and Smith Sloe Gin
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
20ml apricot brandy
8ml simple syrup
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Method: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake hard and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish.
