Ocean Trout prepared the ‘Woodbridge Way' smoked with our Organic Apple wood chips, specifically Royal Gala, Fuji and Golden Delicious.

Hot smoking involves smoking the fish over a naked fire for 20 minutes at 80-100 degrees C, using hardwood only.. Can be eaten cold or ‘Biff’ in microwave for 10 seconds.
