The salmon is complemented with a camembert from award winning Wicked Cheese in the Coal Valley and a semi hard cheese from the picturesque Bay of Fires in the North East.  Accompanied with a lavosh from Tasman Sea Salt and a quince paste from Rocky Gardens in the North West
