We will refund or replace goods if an error has occurred with your order or the goods are damaged in shipping.
Our returns policy only includes goods which we have been notified about within 48 hours of the goods being received.
In the event the product has been damaged in shipping please call us as soon as possible and email images which show the nature of the damage.
However we cannot accept responsibility for the deterioration of perishable goods in the following situations:
- - Incorrect address
- - Unopened packages
Packages to recipients who are not present to receive the package and unable to collect from the Post Office.
