Are all the products Tasmanian made?

All the products are produced or made in Tasmania.

 

Delivery Questions

 Which freight company delivers the parcels?

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

 

Can I track the parcel once it is sent?

We use Australia Post’s e Parcel system for all deliveries.  You will receive and email from Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched and then you can track the parcels movements on the Australian Post website.

 

How much is the cost of delivery?

Our Delivery Costs for all customers Australia wide.

- Non Perishables (No Seafood or Cheese)                   $14.50

- Perishables (Including Seafood and Cheese)              $22.50

- Tasmania all deliveries                                               $12.00

The delivery charges are a flat rate and do not change with weight or size of the order.

 

How long after I place an order are my goods sent and how long does delivery take?

Our aim is to pack and ship your order within 24 hours. However due to the range of products there could be a slight delay if the product is not in stock.

We can restock in a few days and these situations delivery may take up to 8-10 working days from receipt of your order, however we do not guarantee we can deliver in this time frame.

 

Are the perishable good packed in ice to keep the products cool?

All the perishable products including cheese and salmon are packed in polystyrene boxes with ice cells to ensure the goods are kept cool through transit.

 

Can I have the parcel delivered to my nearest post Office for collection?

Yes if you list the delivery address as your nearest Post Office your package will be delivered there and you will receive and email notification when it is ready for collection.

 

Are packages posted every day?

We send non perishables every week day however the perishable products which include cheese and seafood products are only dispatched on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

 

If I receive my order and the goods are damaged what do I do?

We will refund or replace goods any goods that are damaged in shipping.  All we need is notification within 48 hours of the goods being received.

 

I have a business and I would like to give my clients Tasmanian gifts and gourmet packages do you have these types of packages?

The gifts and hampers can be tailored made to meet your corporate requirements.  We can design the gifts individually to meet your needs and we can include extra products or your logo to help achieve the desired result of making the best presentation to the recipient.

If you would like to discuss having a special hamper or gift made to meet your needs please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email as we would like the opportunity of discussing what best meets your requirements and providing a quote. We can include gourmet food, wine, spirits and also a range of Huon Pine products.

We offer a wide range of packaging options to meet your needs from gift boxes to presentation trays in a range of different colours. We can deliver to your offices as required, or we can arrange a set number of hampers to be delivered to meet your requirements.
