Our Tasmanian Seafood collection features Mures Cold smoked trout and a hot smoked ocean trout. Both are hand sliced and smoked with Tasmanian oak in small batches to achieve their delicious flavours and quality.

We have included some wonderful Freycinet Mussels from the Coles Bay area on Tasmania's East Coast, a Wicked Cheese Triple Cream Brie from the Coal River valley with a quince paste and crisp lavosh crackers to top it off.
