The delivery charges are a flat rate and do not change with weight or size of the order.
The products will be delivered through the Australian Post International Service
The shipping rates are based on the weights of the products and the overall rate is determined automatically by a calculator at checkout.

We use Australia Post’s e Parcel system for all deliveries. The recipient will receive an email from Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched.
Our aim is to pack and ship your order within 24 hours. However due to the range of products there could be a slight delay if the product is not in stock.
We can restock in a few days and these situations delivery may take up to 6-8 working days from receipt of your order, however we do not guarantee we can deliver in this time frame.
We at Tasmanian Gourmet Online will endeavour to make every effort to fulfil your order within the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery days are in business days which exclude public holidays. The perishable products which include cheese and seafood products are only dispatched on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
You will be notified immediately your package is dispatched by email which will include Australia Post tracking number.
The package will be delivered to the address on the order confirmation
The packages do not have to be signed for on delivery, if no one is in attendance on delivery the package can be left at the front door or a safe place on your premises.
You can also nominate to have the package delivered to your nearest Post Office for collection.
It is very important that when ordering perishable products such as cheese or seafood there is someone there to take receipt of the package, this will ensure the package can be delivered within 24 hours of dispatching. Tasmanian Gourmet Online is not responsible for perishable products when there is no one in attendance to accept the goods.
