I collect cookbooks, in particular older vintage cookbooks or those with historic/regional origins. The Central Cookery Book is a wonderful addition to my shelves and I look forward to trying out some of the recipes (that 'Ginger Veal Casserole' sounds really interesting).
Haven't had a chance to try it yet We got them for Christmas one for my sister and one for us but it's very tempting to open it looks very tasty 😋
