This is a standard eucalyptus honey ,a good honey and tasting like most raw pure honeys .It figures as Aust has a lot of eucalyptus trees .

This is an excellent honey ,completely different taste from the Blue Hills Leatherwood.This also is the second best honey I have tasted ,the floral tones are present but not the same as Blue Hills .It is still a very smooth ,no sharp after taste and I alternatively have both .I will be buying this honey again soon .
