I had to throw the Coal River Camembert in the bin because I got sick and parcel was diverted to sit at the post office until I was well enough to collect it. But…everything else was great. Loved the quince paste.
I collect cookbooks, in particular older vintage cookbooks or those with historic/regional origins. The Central Cookery Book is a wonderful addition to my shelves and I look forward to trying out some of the recipes (that 'Ginger Veal Casserole' sounds really interesting).
