The vineyard's deep, loamy soils provide the perfect foundation for cultivating an array of grape varieties, including Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and Schonburger, a rare German varietal. The vines are meticulously managed using vertical-shoot positioning, with most operations, including pruning and picking, performed by hand.
