Federation chocolate is handmade from a careful blend of bases obtained from Tasmania and across Australia to produce both light and dark chocolate. It is lovingly melted; hand mixed and moulded using basic old style methods and equipment reminiscent of yesteryear.
Sourcing local ingredients where possible directly from producers to add to the chocolate base. You will be truly tasting a piece of Tasmania goodness.
