Blue Mussels have been a staple of people on the East Coast for thousands of years, and atFreycinet Marine Farm we have been growing these lovely shellfish since we began operations nearly two decades ago. To share this love from the ocean with those who find themselves in other parts of the world, we have developed four flavours of perfectly preserved pickled mussels you can take home and enjoy at your leisure, Smoked mussels in oil and a range of 3 Instant Mussel Soups, Spicy Coconut and Mussel, Miso style mussel soup and Spicy Asian style mussel soup. They happily take centre stage on any charcuterie board or are perfect simply with a cracker and a glass of your favourite wine.
