Our award-winning fudge and chocolate bars are lovingly handmade in small batches – smooth, creamy, beautifully decorated and presented. We are a family-run boutique business in southern Tasmania, and we’ve perfected our process based on 20 years of pastry chef experience.
We love developing new products that showcase local businesses, from our spiced Rum & Raisin, and Gin & Tonic fudges to our Tasmanian themed boxes, beautifully illustrated by local artist and author Jennifer Cossins.
In our chocolate we have classic flavours, family favourites and a couple that are delightfully unusual.
