Accommodation Delivery

  • When ordering please include your preferred date of delivery at the checkout on the cart page. This is important.
  • Please book before 10 am to ensure next day delivery.
  • While there is no post on the weekend, if you are arriving on a Saturday or Sunday, we can ensure your parcel is delivered on Friday and available in your accommodation upon arrival.
  • The correct address of your accomodation and code must be included in your order. This can be found on the confirmation messages from your host and the notes in your room.
  • We work closely with your accommodation host to ensure your package is delivered and available when you require it.
  • The cost of delivery is a $12 flat rate and does not change with the weight or size of the order.
  • You will be notified by email immediately after your package is dispatched. This will include an Australia Post tracking number. 
  • If we do not have a particular item in stock, we will replace it with a product of similar quality and value.
