Lauds Cultured Oat Butter is made by churning our oat and yellow split pea cultured yoghurt, organic refined coconut oil and Tasman Sea Salt. It is a decadent, creamy and spreadable butter that melts in your mouth just like regular butter.
Use on toast, in baking or to sauté vegetables. Makes a fabulous roux for a plant-based béchamel sauce and bakes beautifully in cakes. This cheese is slight cultured tang, 100% plant-based, and beautifully salted.
Ingredients: Organic Coconut Oil, Oat Milk Yoghurt (Water, Organic Oats, Yellow Split Peas, Potato Starch, Natural Cultures), Sunflower Oil, Non-GMO Soy Lecithin, Tasmanian Sea Salt, Natural Colour (beta-carotene), Preservative (sorbic acid).
