Tasmanian Cheese Special

A selection of Tasmanian Cheeses complimented with locally produced condiments.

The cheeses include the nationally acclaimed Pyengana Cheddar from North East Tasmania, the cheddar served in Qantas First Class.  An award winning camembert, and a triple cream brie produced by the Wicked Cheese Company near Richmond in the Coal Valley.

The condiments include a quince paste produced by Island Berries in Southern Tasmania and chilli jam made by a small artisan producer in Hobart.
